Jessica Bishop comes to EIHAB with over a decade of experience working in social service and an extensive master-level educational background. While working under the auspices of the Office of Mental Health (OMH), Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), Jessica has been able to continuously serve the most vulnerable across society. As a former Chief Operating Officer (COO), she assisted in the tristate expansion of her agency's services while also streamlining policies and procedures to decrease expenditures and liabilities across the organization. She brings her extensive knowledge of human service from entry level to senior management to EIHAB in an effort to further contribute to the organization's mission, growth, and success.
